About Us
Welcome to Ripley
There are moments when a place feels neither rushed nor resolved, but perfectly in between. Grounded in what came before, and open to what lies ahead. Ripley sits in that space, connected without feeling crowded, settled without standing still.

A word before we begin,
My name is Lei.
I’m the guy with the iPad in the photo above.
Except in real life, I’m actually a bit taller than the photo suggests.
My designer insists on shortening me.
I’m told it’s “for composition”.
I remain unconvinced.
But enough about my height.
I wanted to take a moment and speak to you directly. Not as a developer. Not as a brand. Just as someone who’s been involved in Ripley View from the very beginning.
This might sound a bit weird. Rather than polished statements and big promises, I thought it might be better to introduce the people behind this project the same way I would in person.
Because that’s how we approach Ripley View.
We’re not a big developer.
And we’ve never tried to be.
Ripley View is delivered by a very small team, by choice. Every person involved operates at a partner level, not as an employee ticking boxes. Some of us have worked together for more than a decade. Others joined later, but for the same reason: a shared belief that good places come from care, judgement, and long-term thinking.
Each person brings something different. For example:
Alec, John and Zoltan come from highly competitive medium-density markets, where planning is unforgiving and quality isn’t optional. They understand how early decisions quietly shape outcomes years later.
Paul brings 45 years delivering master-planned communities. He’s seen cycles, trends, and shortcuts — and knows what genuinely lasts.
Jimmy and Tom come from finance, bringing discipline and clarity to decisions that must make sense not just today, but over time.
Peter comes from telecommunications, where coordination, systems, and reliability matter. That perspective shapes how we think about infrastructure, staging, and how a community functions day to day.
Different backgrounds. Different strengths. But a shared standard: work ethic and responsibility.
All of that experience is important. But it’s not the most important part.
The most important part in this project is you.
You’re likely here because you care about how a place feels, not just how it looks on a plan. You notice the subtleties. Whether the streets feel safe enough for kids to walk to school without a second thought. How mature trees and natural surrounds create shade and calm. How a neighbourhood feels to come home to.
We understand those nuances.
Landscaping that frames homes instead of competing with them. Street appeal that feels timeless, not trendy. And the often overlooked idea of resident curation, how a community forms, who it attracts, and how that shapes the lived experience long after construction ends.
These aren’t things you can standardise or outsource. They’re judgement calls, made by people who care enough to get them right.
That’s why this team matters. Ripley View is being shaped deliberately, by people who are personally invested, and who will stand behind it long after the final lot is created.
If this resonates with you, we’d love to connect and exchange ideas on what you’re looking for, what we’re building, and whether we can have the privilege to get you to call our land estate your forever home.
